Terms of Use

Wedbloom · Last updated 21 August 2026

Wedbloom is a planning tool for your wedding. It holds what you tell it and reminds you when you asked to be reminded. Every decision about your day, and every arrangement with a supplier, remains yours.

These Terms of Use apply to the Wedbloom application for iPhone and iPad, obtained from Apple's App Store.

Who you are agreeing with

Wedbloom is made and published by Bogdan Szarka, an individual developer based in Romania, reachable at exceedapp.info@gmail.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the developer, and "you" means the person using the app. By installing or using Wedbloom you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

What Wedbloom does

Wedbloom keeps a wedding plan in one place: guests and their replies, seating and tables, the budget and its payments, suppliers, the timeline of the day, tasks, photos and local reminders, with a countdown to the day itself. It can produce summaries and printable exports you may share, and it can export everything you have entered. With Wedbloom Pro, you can invite your partner to plan the same wedding.

What Wedbloom is not

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device by its operating system. We build them to be as dependable as we can make them, but delivery depends on things outside our control: the device being switched on, notification permission being granted, battery saving and background restrictions, the system clock, changes of time zone, and restoring to a new device. Do not rely on Wedbloom alone for anything that must not be missed.

Your plan

What you enter stays on your device, and is kept in sync with your own iCloud account so it survives a lost phone. We do not receive it, cannot read it and cannot recover it for you. Keeping a copy is your responsibility, and the app gives you a free export for exactly that purpose. If you delete the app, or lose or reset the device, the plan goes with it unless you exported it first.

You keep every right you have in the content you enter. We claim none of it. How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Planning together

Wedbloom Pro lets you invite your partner to plan the same wedding, through Apple's CloudKit sharing. When you invite someone you are choosing to give that person access to the shared plan and the ability to change it. You are responsible for who you invite. Anyone on the share can edit the plan, and you can stop sharing at any time from inside the app.

Wedbloom Pro

Wedbloom is free to use, with the whole plan for up to a hundred guests. Wedbloom Pro lifts the guest limit and adds partner sharing, Home and Lock Screen widgets, and printable PDF exports. The features included in Pro are listed in the app, on the screen where the purchase is offered, and may change as the app develops.

Using the app fairly

Please do not attempt to break, decompile or work around the app's paid features, or use it to store anything unlawful. Use it to plan your own wedding, or one you are helping with.

The app itself

Wedbloom, its name, its design, its icons and its code belong to us and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. Nothing here transfers ownership of the app to you. Fonts, icon sets and open source components included in the app remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences.

Changes

The app changes as it improves: features are added, and occasionally one is reworked or withdrawn. We may also update these terms, for example when a new feature needs describing. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending things

You can stop using Wedbloom at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms, though for an app that holds no account and sends us nothing, this is close to theoretical.

Warranties and liability

Wedbloom is provided as it is. Within the limits the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a lost plan, or for a missed reminder. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right given to you by the consumer protection law of the country you live in. Nothing here takes those away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
